Founding Beta Notice
Bid Rigor is an experimental, free, invitation-only service. This notice explains what customers should expect before relying on any result or enabling opportunity email.
Experimental service
Features, matching rules, source connections, delivery timing, and stored beta data may change during testing. Access may be paused or ended without notice to protect users, sources, or the service.
No payment
No purchase or payment card is required. Advantage or Pro features may be granted on a complimentary basis during beta. A grant may expire or continue after launch as shown in the account; invitations and grants have no cash value.
Verify before acting
- Every opportunity decision must be verified in the linked official posting, including amendments, deadlines, eligibility, place of performance, and submission instructions.
- Match scores are decision aids, not award probabilities or Government evaluations.
- Subcontracting Radar is a public-record research signal, not evidence that a prime is seeking subcontractors.
- Email can be delayed, suppressed, duplicated, or unavailable; do not rely on it as the only way to monitor a deadline.
Authorized test data only
Use only company information you are authorized to provide. Do not enter classified information, CUI, source-selection or procurement-sensitive information, nonpublic Government data, proposal files, credentials, sensitive personal information, or third-party proprietary material.
Owner service access
The Bid Rigor owner can view account and company profile information through an owner-only administration area when needed for invitations, account administration, support, security, delivery troubleshooting, and beta improvement. One customer cannot view another customer’s profile.
Independent operator
Bid Rigor is an independent product beta. It is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the United States Government or any state or local government. Participation does not create a Government relationship, procurement preference, or representation arrangement.
Feedback
Customer feedback may be used to improve the product as described in the Founding Beta Terms. Do not include protected, proprietary, or procurement-sensitive information in feedback.
