Acceptable Use

Permitted use

• Create a truthful profile for a business you are authorized to represent.
• Review public opportunities and award records, product-generated explanations, and source links.
• Record pursue, pass, save, and match-quality feedback for your own workflow.
• Share product feedback that does not disclose protected or third-party confidential information.

Prohibited information

• Classified information, CUI, export-controlled technical data, or source-selection information.
• Nonpublic Government information, proposal material, or another company’s proprietary information.
• Passwords, access tokens, payment-card numbers, health records, or sensitive personal information.

Prohibited conduct

• Bid coordination, collusion, market allocation, or any attempt to restrict competition.
• Impersonating a Government entity or implying Government endorsement.
• Automated outreach, abusive scraping, interference with service controls, or attempts to access another customer’s data.
• Publishing or forwarding an invitation link, bypassing account limits, or using the beta for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Enforcement

Bid Rigor may reject input, limit traffic, preserve security records, or suspend an account when necessary to protect customers, public sources, or the service.
